Darker Roasts: Plum, Toffee & Chocolate

Personally, we think this coffee has the most profound toffee flavor of any roast we've done so far! The crazy part is that it gets sweeter and more caramelized flavors in its darker iterations. 

A balancing act of complexity and approachability, this coffee is excellent across the roast spectrum. In its lighter expressions, the coffee displays complex and tiered notes of orange blossom, toffee and stone fruit. At more developed levels, notes of hazelnut, cedar and fudge shine through. This coffee excels as a complex and vibrant pour over or as an elevated and rich shot of espresso.
